Is it just me or is there good mirrors and bad mirrors like some mirrors make me feel like the queen of sass and sex but then I walk past another mirror and it’s like the elephant man had a baby with a potato

@rachelle_fitness: My #1 tip for any women who wants to achieve the body of their dreams is ‘don’t be afraid to lift weights!! And #2 ‘you do not need to starve your body to be slim!! This is a progress pic of me from this morning, my current diet is 2000 cals DAILY, of clean healthy food, wholegrain carbs, clean proteins and plenty of fresh veg! I also have not done ANY cardio for around 6 months! All I do is weight training! I train super heavy and hard!! I’m slowly building muscle which is helping to keep me lean as muscle burns cals helping to reduce my body fat. Weight training burns cals for upto 48 hrs after training. Muscle helps me look lean, toned and curvy!! Don’t be afraid of lifting girls! We do not have enough testosterone to get big and bulky muscles! Xx
